Recently, a construction project in the eastern part of Hechuang Industrial Park in Suzhou Dushu Lake Sci-Edu Innovation District in SIP was launched. Comprising two R&D and office buildings with a total floor space of about 96,000 square meters, it will cost about RMB350 million.
Hechuang Industrial Park, with a land area of about 63,000 square meters, is designed with seven buildings with a total floor area of about 240,000 square meters for R&D, business management, high-end manufacturing and public services. It aims to become a home to businesses engaged in high-end equipment, medical devices, new materials and other emerging industries.
The project in the western part of the industrial park is underway. Its pile foundation has been completed, and the underground part of the project is set to be completed in July. The whole project will be delivered in late 2025.
